The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) has shifted the venue for its final rally to Nyayo National stadium on Saturday.

On Wednesday, the Raila Odinga’s campaign secretariat announced it had dropped plans to hold two rallies in in Dandora and Kamukunji after striking a deal with the Nyayo National Stadium management board.

“Cord will hold its final Presidential campaign rally on March 2 at Nyayo national stadium as opposed to two separate rallies at Dandora and Kamukunji,” said Eliud Owallo the Cord’s chief campaign manager.

On Wednesday, Mr Odinga will campaign in North Eastern where he is scheduled to address rallies in Garissa and Wajir.

Cord leaders Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka and Trade Minister Moses Wetangula will address supporters in Isiolo, Moyale and Marsabit.

On Thursday, Cord will take its vote hunt to the North Rift and western Kenya where the coalition is scheduled to address three rallies in Trans Nzoia, Bungoma and Busia.

On Friday, Cord will be in Kakamega, Vihiga and Kisumu.
